WHY SHOULD I EXCHANGE EMAILS WITHIN THE PLATFORM?
Exchanging emails within the platform will help you to keep all the information centralized and to follow up on communication with candidates throughout the entire selection process.
Regardless of who sent the email, all the users involved in the job posting are able to see the emails that the candidate has received.
HOW DO I FIND WHERE TO SEND EMAILS?
You can choose between selecting multiple candidates and sending emails directly to one candidate’s profile. Just click the envelope icon!

WHERE CAN I CHECK MY EMAILS?
It’s important you know that all emails sent within the platform are kept on the candidate’s profile. When you click on a candidate’s name, you can see the MESSAGES tab. All the emails that have been sent are stored here.
You can also find the candidate’s replies to the emails in this tab, if you have chosen to allow candidates to do so.
CAN I FILTER EMAILS?
Yes! Using our FILTER feature, you can filter the candidates who have already received the emails or not, as well as the replies that you have already seen or not.
